The built-in media viewer supports different types of files including images, videos, audio, PDF documents and HTML. Adding tags to files is completed through right-clicking the file and selecting "Add Tags". Files inside of projects include the file name, file type and user-created tags. The program includes a lovely interface which can be described as minimalist. The tagging system of TagSpaces is pretty interesting it can prioritize files, add deadlines and view folders and files in different modes. It can also quickly rename or delete files. TagSpaces will then organize the data and allow you to tag them. To get started with TagSpaces, you just specify a project name and select a folder where the data is located. As the name suggests, it works best with tags or keywords assigned to files. You can use it to setup indexes for individual projects. The main function of the program is to index and search for files in certain directories.
